Velez Manifesto was an alternative, new wave band from Morgantown, WV. Formed in 1983 by the late, Thomas Moore (guitar/vocals) along with his friends, Sei Peterson (bass), Jimmy X (keyboards), & Greg Carte (drums). Scott Fetty would take over drum duties later on.
