Velez Manifesto Morgantown, West Virginia
Velez Manifesto was an alternative, new wave band from Morgantown, WV. Formed in 1983 by the late, Thomas Moore
(guitar/vocals) along with his friends, Sei Peterson (bass), Jimmy X (keyboards), & Greg Carte (drums). Scott Fetty would take over drum duties later on.
They were THE band in the underground scene during their time in the 80's & the house band at the UGRR.

Plow was the band that Tom formed when he moved to Baltimore in the early 90's. Released just 6 months prior to his passing. This was the 1st record that Plow had recorded after a 20 year hiatus.

Sadly, Thomas passed away during the mixing of the album, "Titan". Mark & Jeff finished the mix and carried out his vision. It is his final gift of music to the world.
